UMGoblue.com-a University of Michigan sports fan site. I am writing a weekly column on women's basketball for this site.
This page created and maintained by Vince Prygoski, a University of Michigan Flint faculty member and lifelong Wolverine fan. I have written book manuscript on the history of women's basketball at the University of Michigan. An important resource for my research has been the Bentley Historical Library at the UM Ann Arbor. They have, among other things, the archives of the University's athletic department and a PhD thesis by Sheryl Szady on the history of women's athletics at Michigan. Ms. Szady, by the way, was a member of the original Michigan varsity team in 1973-74 and a very important supporter of Michigan women's sports in general.
