October 2 – October 8, 2004
09/01/04 Wednesday A woman was panhandling employees as she left the William S. White building. She was contacted, identified and escorted from the property. A disorderly conduct warrant will be sought.
10/05/04 Tuesday A stalking ex-boyfriend was arrested on an arrest warrant after he grabbed his ex-girlfriend as she tried to enter the book store. Nine individually wrapped bags of marijuana were found on suspect search subsequent to his arrest. A felony warrant for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver is being sought, along with a charge of assault and failure to appear for a court date.
10/5/04 Tuesday Public Safety was contacted in reference to a student who was being disruptive in class in the William S. White building. The incident was not currently occurring. This incident was documented and forwarded to the Student Life office.
10/07/04 Thursday A sign advertising a special at the Subway restaurant was ripped from a Subway employee's hands as he stood on the sidewalk outside the University Pavilion. The employee chased after the thief and recovered the sign back.
