September 17th - September 23rd, 2005
09/19/05 A Facilities Management employee reported to be ill. Public Safety responded and provided administered first aid until he was transported to the hospital by ambulance from the Hubbard building. The employee has since returned to work.
09/20/05 House keeping staff reported vandalism to the floor and wall of a men’s bathroom stall in the Library. An investigation continues.
09/20/05 A University Department reported embezzlement by a temporary employee. An investigation resulted in a two count larceny and an embezzlement arrest warrant was authorized by the Genesee County Prosecutors office.
09/21/05 Hit and run property damage was reported to a car parked in Lot Q. An investigation continues.
09/22/05 Heavy rain and lightning caused damage to several areas on campus. Public Safety responded and had to barricade lot P due to flash flooding effects. Several thousand dollars of damage was reported by UM-Flint Facilities Management. No injuries were reported.
