May 21– May 27, 2005

05/22/05 A Public Safety officer working the midnight shift observed a car at a high rate of speed traveling north on Saginaw drive through a red light at Kearsley street . The driver was stopped and was arrested for OUIL. He was cited for OUIL and lodged at the jail.

05/23/05 A subject loitering in the Harding Mott University Center was arrested on out standing warrants for his arrest. He was transported to court to be arraigned on his warrants.

05/25/05 A subject attempted to steal a DVD/VCR unit from a smart cart in a classroom in the Murchie Science Building . An alarm scared the suspect away. Latent prints have been recovered and are being analyzed.

05/27/05 A suspect stole two DVD/VCR units from separate classroom in Murchie Science Building.

05/27/05 A male student, the focus of an earlier domestic violence stalking report, violated a Public Safety's officer's order not to have additional contact with his ex-girlfriend. Stalking charges are now being considered by the victim.
