January 22 – January 28, 2005

01/24/05 An employee of Halo Burger in the University center received burns to her wrist and eyelid due to deep fryer grease. First aid was provided by Public Safety.

01/26/05 A vehicle backed into another vehicle while traveling through Lot R near the William S. White building. No injuries and very minor damage occurred.

01/27/05 A vehicle backed into another vehicle while traveling through the Mill Street parking deck. No injuries and very minor damage occurred.

01/28/05 A vagrant was found sleeping in sub zero degree weather in the Harrison Street parking ramp. He was allowed to warm up in the Safety office and arrangements were made for him to enter the Carriage Town Mission.

01/28/05 A student employee was found looking through property in a desk in an office in the William S. White building. The student employee did not have permission to be in the desk. Further investigation is underway.

01/28/05 An employee in the University Pavilion reported the theft of her wallet and subsequent use of her checks at a casino in Detroit . Surveillance tape showing the suspect has been obtained. This incident is under further investigation.
