January 15 – January 21, 2005

01/16/05 Sunday A complaint was made regarding the malicious destruction of equipment in an office in the University Center . This investigation is continuing.

01/18/05 Tuesday A student filed a report regarding not having received her financial aid check in the mail. An investigation showed that the check had been deposited into an account and an investigation revealed a suspect. The victim refused to assist in the prosecution of the suspect.

01/18/05 Tuesday A subject loitering in the Harding Mott University building was escorted from University property.

01/21/05 Friday A four year old child pulled a fire alarm near the elevators of the William S. White building. This caused the building to be evacuated.

01/21/05 Friday A student accidentally left her purse on the ATM cash machine in French Hall. She realized her mistake at the end of the hallway, walked back and in that short period of time someone had stolen her purse. A suspicious person had been standing in line behind her when she had walked off without her purse. He was also gone. This investigation is continuing.
