Statistical Consultation
Quantitative Support
The Office of Research now provides statistical consultation for faculty, staff, and students. We have contracted one day a week services from Joe Kazemi of the Center for Statistical Consultation and Research (CSCAR) from the Ann Arbor campus. In addition to offering one-on-one consulation, Joe also facilitate SPSS workshops during the Winter and Fall semesters.
Qualitative Support
Additionally, UM-Flint faculty and students engaged in qualitative research can now receive free remote consultations in NVivo. Representatives from CSCAR use a remote software called Centra which allows them to view clients’ computer screens and provide input on software problems and questions.
