Add/Drop Form

Beginning the first day of a semester, an Add/Drop form requires an instructor signature in order for you to be added to a course. After the tenth day of the semester, an Add/Drop form requires an instructor signature in order for you to be dropped from a course.

If an opening is available and you would like to add an online course (except an ENG, NSC, or NUR course) after a semester has begun, you may have your Add/Drop form signed by OEL in 241 French Hall.

Note: If you are adding an ENG online course, you must have the form signed by the English department or if you are adding an NSC or NUR online course, you must have the form signed by the Nursing Department.

Guest Student Application

If you are enrolled at another accredited college or university, you may attend the University of Michigan-Flint as a guest student by obtaining permission from both the Office of Admissions and your home school. A Guest Student Application must be submitted from your home school.

Disenrollment Form

If you wish to leave the Univeristy you may fill out the disenrollement form and return it to the registrars office.  Do not fill out this form if you only want to drop a course, this form will terminate your student status at the Univeristy of Michigan - Flint.
