Users Services offers helpdesk support and consultation via email, telephone and office hours; furnishes user documentation for software and electronic processes supported by ITS; assists students, faculty, and staff with the purchase of software; staffs three and maintains four public computer labs which are open to students, faculty, and staff, including extended evening and weekend hours; maintains six computer classrooms of various sizes and platforms for academic instruction; maintains Mcard stations and distributes parking passes; maintains and supports the ITS Technology Center and loans camera and camcorder equipment; supports the Qwizdom Classroom Response (clicker) pilot; supports duplication of CD/DVDs; supports ITS publicity and awareness campaigns; administers Authorized Testing Center for Microsoft Office Specialist certification exams.
