SIS is normally available 24 hours a day, except for the following regularly-scheduled downtimes:
- Weekly Maintenance: Thursdays, 11:30pm - Fridays 6:00am
- Weekly Backup: Saturdays, 9:00pm - 12:00 midnight
- Monthly Upgrades: third Sunday of the month, 12:00 midnight - 2:00pm
- Monthly Reporting: first day of the month, 12:00 midnight - 3:00am
- Semester Snapshot: the tenth day of classes, 8pm - 12:00 midnight
