Instructional Computer Lab 507 MSB
ITS supports a PC based instructional computer lab located in room 507 of the Murchie Science Building (MSB). All ITS instructional computer labs are equipped with an instructor's station and a DVD/VCR combination unit that can be projected onto a large screen located in the front of the room. 507 MSB contains 18 student workstations which utilize Windows XP.
Hours of Operation
The computer lab in 507 MSB is a joint instructional lab for ITS and the Earth and Resource Science Department (ERS). It is used primarily for ITS training and ERS academic classes. For reservation information, please contact ITS at 762-3123. Keys for 507 MSB are located at ITS (207 MSB).
Guidelines for Using ITS Instructional Labs
- Contact the Registrar's office in advance to reserve the lab.
- Be considerate of others and leave your work area neat and clean.
- Do NOT eat or drink in the lab.
- Lock the door before you leave.
- Instructors: Please report any problems with computers to the ITS HelpDesk (6-6804 or email: ITSHelpdesk@umflint.edu ). Please include the number of the machine that has the problem. Also, please contact ITS (2-3123) if paper supplies or toner are running low.
