
The ITS HelpDesk consultants are available to answer any questions which students, faculty, and staff may have about university computer resources. The HelpDesk can provide solutions pertaining to connectivity problems, and answer basic questions regarding ITS supported software or services (such as email or wireless network). During office hours, the ITS HelpDesk can be reached by phone at 766-6804.
Questions pertaining to commercial software and hardware products should be directed to the vendor's product support hotline or website.
During the first week of courses from Jan 5 - Jan 9, the HelpDesk will be open extended hours from 5pm - 8pm. (Extended hours apply to the 207MSB office only)
