| Business Case for Diversity This exciting new program addresses the positive impact and results that diverse groups achieve when working and learning together. This research-based program provides an engaging and interactive educational opportunity that can benefit everyone on campus. | Sexual Harassment This program discusses applicable University of Michigan policy and related Federal and State Laws regarding sexual harassment and the unique role that supervisors have regarding these matters. This training will offer a definition of sexual harassment, provide examples of behaviors that are considered conduct of sexual nature, and offer strategies for ensuring that the working and learning environment is free from a sexualized climate. The program is tailored specifically for supervisors regarding their legal and University responsibilities.
